We acquired land in the all Famous MARLOTH PARK and start developing a Holiday Home in April 2009.
Further acquisition of a unit at Southern Sun's SABI RIVER SUN in February 2009 which ready to be used.
Further property acquisitions is planned in Natal(Midlands and Coastal), Wetern Cape(along the coast)
We are also make big returns on the FOREX markets which helps the funding of the property acquisitions.
