company was registered in 2004 by Dawie Marx, as MarxCor CC and in 2014
converted to a private company.
Dawie always had a vision of combining the financial world and the technology
into one package for clients. He had many experiences in the auditing,
accounting and corporate governance as well as setting up accounting systems,
network systems and support thereof and realised that the two goes hand in
hand.
The company went from strengths to strengths in the African markets with large
listed Canadian and Australian exploration companies and bring this now to
South Africa.
